GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO—Tancredo campaign manager Bay Buchanan issued the following statement concerning today’s court hearing on whether Congressman Tom Tancredo will remain on the November ballot: Obviously the final decision rests with the judge. But now that the high-paid Republican lawyers representing the two disgruntled Maes supporters have made their case in court, it is more apparent than ever that their case is without an iota of merit. It is simply an attempt to impede the candidacy of Tom Tancredo. They can’t do it with their candidate so now they are trying to use the courts. They will not succeed.
