Winners in the United Power Board elections tonight are as follows: Mountain District is Douglas R. Pryce, West District is Virginia (Ginny) Buczek, South District is Jim Jaeger. After the recount for the East District race between James E. Vigesaa and Kathi Williams, the winner was James E. Vigesaa.
