Huge Victory for Tancredo Judge Rules Tancredo to Stay On Ballot

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO—A Denver District Court judge today dismissed the baseless lawsuit brought against Tom Tancredo's position on ballot. The judge ruled that Tancredo is the lawful American Constitution Party candidate and that the Secretary of State had acted appropriately in certifying Tancredo for the ballot.

“Huge victory today,” said Tom Tancredo. “I will be on the ballot in November.”

“The high-paid Republican lawyers managed to present a case that was weaker than their candidate," added Tancredo. “Their attempt to impede my candidacy has now failed in the courts as well as on the campaign trail. Now our focus must turn to the liberal mayor of the sanctuary city of Denver."
