NRSC Launches New Web Site: “Michael Bennet: Wrong for Colorado”

WASHINGTON – As appointed U.S. Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO) narrowly emerged from a damaging primary fight last night as the Democrats’ candidate, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) launched a new Web site today entitled, Michael Bennet: Wrong For Colorado, to inform voters about the liberal Democrat Senate nominee’s staunch support for President Barack Obama’s out-of-control spending agenda in Washington.
The NRSC’s new Web site explores the appointed Senator’s record of blindly rubberstamping President Obama and U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s (D-NV) policies that have driven our national debt past $13 trillion while failing to create much-needed jobs, including his failed stimulus debacle. Bennet previously declared that he would sacrifice his job in the Senate in order to pass President Obama’s costly and unpopular health care spending bill, which 62 percent of Coloradans want repealed.

Michael Bennet: Wrong For Colorado is a one-stop-shop that provides the latest coverage on campaign developments and allows visitors to share information through social networking sites, such as Facebook and Twitter. The site will be updated with new information and video leading up to Election Day 2010.
